| As an Hourly Manager, you are responsible for learning, understanding, implementing, and maintaining McDonald's policies and procedures. You are responsible for managing people, products, and equipment to execute outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value on all assigned shifts. You are responsible for assisting the Salary Managers and other Hourly Managers in executing virtually all aspects of the restaurant operations.
